With a real estate career spanning over 26 years, Perry possesses intellectual acuity in many diverse aspects of real estate.  Perry is a top-producing real estate advisor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The success of Perry's client centric business model has been rooted in providing his clients with wise and prudent professional counsel while simultaneously offering a concierge level experience that exceeds expectation.  In prior roles, Perry managed the largest REO firm in the Carolina's as well as served as the General Manager for a large national REIT.  These experiences laid the necessary foundations for the success of Perry's current general brokerage business where he specializes in residential acquisitions for large institutional buyers and hedge funds. Perry has five children, nine grandchildren, and enjoys camping, traveling, playing guitar, and horseback riding in his spare time.
